Hah, no. I stat strength for loot capacity, int for max XP and boost dext and perception to 8 - 9 with implants. And normalize luck to around 5ish. I don't need luck. I got skill and I carry a literal continental armies worth of ordnance, and where as you, have top acquire your targets at mere, sub 1000m distance I can pick off a fly from off the top off a DC (or it's head) with a explosive 50BMG round from over 1500 meters. You would never literally see me coming. You can't even fucking shoot, where I fire from. Oh, and did I mention I have enough social graces and charisma to actually pull tale without it being a rape on the level of a crime against humanity at the same time? Oh, yeah, baby. I am the White Death of the Mojave. And the only thing my victims every hear or know of me, is my reputation as it perecedes me putting them six feet under. VATS? VATS is for the ballistically challenged. :D NV does pretty accurate ballistic modelling also, so you know. Real world skills actually DO transfer. :D

Anyone can say anything but those NCR ranger armor, desert ranger armor and riot ranger armor looks dope as hell, i mean i plan going to the Divide to get the Elite Riot armor and helmet, its like the normal one but on steroids brah!

When your choice at the end is between trying to rebuild the old world with the NCR (a world of cowards and incompetent leaders that already blew itself up) or the Legion (crucifying slavers) the only truly moral option is Independence for Vegas, which means House or the Player. Unless that player is Badger, he should never be in charge of anything. EVER.
